About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Site Service Technician to join our Braeside-based team. You'll service, maintain, and repair commercial and industrial roller doors and their control systems, working across client sites in a mobile role. This is a great fit for a qualified tradesperson - a Mechanical Fitter or similar - who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and variety in their day.

What You'll Do

- Service and repair industrial roller doors, shutters, and automation systems
- Diagnose mechanical faults and electrical control issues in office
- Carry out routine maintenance and safety inspections for clients
- Install replacement parts and upgrade door control units
- Complete accurate service reports via tablet or paperwork




- Deliver clear communication and reliable service to clients on-site

What You'll Bring

- A relevant trade qualification (e.g. Mechanical Fitter, or a licensed Electrician)
- Experience servicing roller doors and control systems (highly regarded)
- Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and basic electrical systems
- Current manual driver's licence (to operate the company service vehicle)
- Valid White Card
- EWP ticket and a solid commitment to working safely at heights
