Busy At Work in Noosa is recruiting a full time Mentor to support customers under the Workforce Australia GEN Contract. You will assess barriers, craft development plans, and guide clients toward sustainable work or education, while coordinating with recruitment partners for referrals and assisting with resumes, budgeting and interview prep.

Based at the Noosa Office, the role runs 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday, on a fixed term until June 2027 with potential extension.
