Our client is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (Contract) and lead the end-to-end design for new iterations of a high-profile mobile application for one of Australia's leading Telco providers. This is a chance to directly influence the digital experience for millions of users.

About the Role

- Role: Senior UX/UI Designer (End-to-End Focus)
- Term: Initial contract until the New Financial Year, with a view to ongoing rolling extension.
- Location: Melbourne or Sydney (Flexible/Hybrid)

Responsibilities

- Own the E2E Design: Take features from discovery through to final UI delivery and developer hand-off.
- Drive UX Strategy: Conduct research, create user flows, IA, and prototypes to solve complex mobile challenges.
- Deliver Pixel-Perfect UI: Design high-fidelity, on-brand interfaces and actively contribute to the client's design system.
- Collaborate: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Experience: 5+ years in a UX/UI role,



with significant experience designing for large-scale, complex mobile applications.

Required Skills

- Strong End-to-End Proficiency: Demonstrated mastery across both deep UX research/flows and polished, production-ready UI design.
- Industry Tools: Expert proficiency in Figma is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate design rationale and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
