Location: Medmate Head Office - Richmond, Victoria

Full-time: 38 hours per week

Shifts will be scheduled on a rotating roster with the following shifts:

- Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm
- Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm

Position Details

What You’ll Do

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients via phone, email, and online chat
- Schedule virtual appointments and coordinate with clinicians
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks to support clinical and operations teams
- Help patients navigate their care journey with empathy and efficiency

Who This Role Would Suit

- Someone with previous experience in a medical reception or customer service role (essential)
- Ability to work rotating roster
- Previous experience with Medical Director practice management system
- A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital health platforms

We’re currently looking for a friendly, compassionate, and proactive Medical Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients accessing our virtual care service, helping to create a smooth and supportive experience.
