You will be responsible for tender preparation, cost planning, and coordinating with trades and clients.The role requires at least 3 years of estimating experience, proficiency with Cubit, Microsoft Excel and Word, and a robust understanding of construction documentation and project sequencing.
This is a full time office-based position with onsite parking.
