Job DescriptionWorking within a cooperative, multidisciplinary workplace, the Clinical Counsellor carries a clinical caseload and delivers individual, family, and group counselling interventions.
This role applies a trauma-informed, strengths-based, and client-centered approach, supporting clients in identifying goals, building resilience, and improving overall functioning in a secure and respectful therapeutic environment.The Clinical Counsellor also contributes to program development, supports client progress through ongoing evaluation, and collaborates with community partners to ensure coordinated and effective service delivery.
