About the role

Enjoy permanent, full-time employment in our team at Blayney NSW in our Environmental Treatment Solutions division. Early starts at 7:00am, with some overtime and weekend work available Monday to Friday. We offer a fitness passport membership with access to gyms and fitness facilities across the country.

Responsibilities

- Operate plant equipment, forklift essential and other machinery such as loader desirable.
- Handle incoming waste: stockpiling, compacting and processing DG (dangerous goods) and NDG (non‑dangerous goods) materials.
- Screen and sort waste to ensure proper disposal.
- Load and unload vehicles, weigh waste, and manage different waste streams.
- Perform manual and physical work.

Qualifications

- Current driver licence and forklift licence; experience essential.
- Loader ticket and waste industry experience desirable.




- Machinery operation and hands‑on experience as a plant operator.
- Willingness to work in a hands‑on environment.
- Positive, team‑oriented attitude and commitment to safety.
