Sharp & Carter, Brisbane-based private hospital, seeks an experienced Perioperative Services Manager to lead a high-performing theatre division. You will provide strategic and operational leadership across Operating Theatres, Anaesthetics, Recovery/PACU and CSSD, driving clinical excellence and financial performance.
Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will manage a large multidisciplinary workforce, oversee budgets and workforce planning, ensure accreditation standards are met,
