This role supports the largest account in the Pacific, where you'll play a key part in recruiting high volumes of frontline employees. Whether you're an experienced recruiter or a recent graduate ready to launch your career, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

About the Role

- Recruit entry‑level frontline staff and supervisory roles across diverse teams
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: advertising, sourcing, selection, onboarding, and reporting
- Drive recruitment campaigns and build robust talent pipelines
- Lead engaging recruitment info sessions and coordinate interviews (phone, video, face‑to‑face)
- Collaborate with operational managers to ensure smooth placements
- Champion an exceptional candidate experience aligned with ISS standards

What You Bring

- Energetic, resourceful, and self‑motivated with strong multitasking skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)




- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Recruitment, selection, and mentoring capabilities
- Experience with electronic recruitment systems (highly desirable)
