Pacific National, Australia’s largest private rail freight operator, is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join the Intermodal team based at Sydney Freight Terminal, Chullora.

You will provide exceptional customer service and operational support to secure bookings, handle enquiries and coordinate freight movements on a rotating roster. The role involves collaboration across day and afternoon operations, with shifts from 6:00am to 10:30pm, and occasional overtime to meet operational needs.
