As a Senior Associate with a specialism in securitisation, you will work on the following:

- Public and private securitisations (RMBS, ABS, CMBS, trade receivables, whole‑business), including warehousing
- Securitisation structured finance solutions such as loan‑on‑loan and other back‑leverage products
- Drafting and negotiating bespoke and complex transaction documentation
- Supervising junior lawyers and driving efficient matter delivery

Qualifications

- Experience in a leading Banking & Finance practice with robust exposure to securitisation, structured finance, derivatives, or similarly complex financing structures
- Ability to run matters independently, manage transaction timelines, and progress deals
- Confidence advising clients directly and working closely with partners and other senior stakeholders
- Interest in building a long‑term specialism in structured finance within a top‑tier environment
- Desire to learn, grow, network, and mentor others
