This alternative property group are searching for a current Finance Manager to manage its group accounting function and act as 2ic to the CFO.
You'll lead and manage a small team, whilst executing on these key deliverables;
Treasury, including managing banking relationships, funding activities, covenant and compliance reporting
Month end reporting, including variance analysis
Management of unit pricing and valuations
Budgeting, forecasting, cost centre reporting
Process improvement
You are a CA/CPA qualified Senior Accountant (with leadership experience) or Finance Manager, with extensive experience in the property funds sector.
A Big 4 audit background will be well regarded - this role could also suit an Audit Manager 1st mover, with property funds clients.
