Previous experience in the management of bar, gaming, kitchen, bottleshop and accommodationAbility to drive revenue and consistent improvementCommercial responsibilities including rosters, cost control and performance.Valuable understanding of compliance, licensing and food safetyHands on leadership - leads from the frontComfortable working independently and taking ownership
