You'll lead workforce planning, rostering, resource allocation and real-time operational coordination while driving continuous improvement, service excellence and operational performance.Working closely with Executive and Operational Leaders, you'll build high-performing teams, strengthen customer relationships and ensure AMR consistently delivers safe, responsive and reliable healthcare services.
