InterContinental Hayman Excellent Barrier Reef is seeking a Village Cook to join our luxury island resort on Hayman Island, Queensland.
You will support a dedicated culinary team, preparing and serving meals for our colleague dining facility and events in a five-star workplace.You will manage dietary requirements, uphold high standards of food quality and safety, and contribute to a positive team culture in a remote island setting.
Prior banqueting and bulk production experience is essential.
