This role will focus on optimising and configuring the ServiceNow platform to streamline operations and improve user experience, while impacting various business functions.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow, including configuration and administration
Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and AngularJS
Solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices
Ability to gather and analyse requirements from stakeholders
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise applications
