Junior Adventures Group (JAG) is seeking a Service Manager for Googong OSHClub to lead a large, established service. You will drive service quality, develop people and create engaging programs for children, while balancing strategic leadership with in-ratio time.
You'll manage budgets, rosters and enrolments, act as Educational Leader and Nominated Supervisor, and build solid partnerships with families and schools. A leadership role with career development and support awaits.
