Minimum of 3 year experience working in a general practice
Duties include:
All elements of customer service including telephone and face to face
Processing payments and invoicing
Organising and management of appointments and patient enquiries
Excellent time management with fast pace and multi-tasking skills
Caring and compassionate personality
Proficient with medical specific software Best Practice
Knowledge of Medicare Perks Schedule
Experience with MyMedicare,



PIPS and PRODA preferred
Positive, with a robust work ethic, reliable, willing to learn current knowledge
This role is ideal for someone with current GP practice working experience who is eager to contribute to the smooth running of our front desk operations. You must be able to multitask, stay self-motivated, and work effectively as part of a team.
