You will be the first point of contact for external inquiries via phone, email, web chat and social media, triaging and routing requests, and supporting the call centre's efficiency with accurate record-keeping.
You will work to deliver exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a qualified demeanour and collaborating with colleagues to meet department objectives.
