The Role

As Head of Operations and Finance, you’ll be responsible for the operational and financial engine of the business. You’ll own end‑to‑end financial operations, RevOps, and core operating processes, ensuring the company scales efficiently and predictably.

You’ll lead and develop a small, high‑impact team, including our Growth Strategy & Operations Associate and Financial Controller, while partnering closely with the CEO and leadership team to shape our growth.

What You’ll Do

Finance

- Own end‑to‑end financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reporting, and external advisors
- Build financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to support company‑wide decision‑making
- Oversee billing, collections, revenue recognition, and financial controls as the business scales

Revenue Operations (RevOps)

- Own RevOps strategy across sales and revenue functions
- Deliver pipeline visibility,



revenue forecasting, and performance reporting
- Improve tools, analytics, and workflows to drive predictable, scalable growth

Operations

- Design and run core operating processes and company‑wide operating rhythms
- Lead people operations and HR fundamentals, including contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll, and compliance
- Support operational planning, resourcing, and systems across finance, ops, and RevOps

Leadership

- Lead and develop a small, high‑impact team across finance, operations, and RevOps
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategy into execution
- Drive a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

- 10+ years of experience in finance and operations leadership roles in SaaS companies, ideally within start‑ups or high‑growth scale‑ups
- Proven experience owning end‑to‑end finance functions, and strong RevOps experience, with a track record of building revenue visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance analytics
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where little exists, without over‑engineering




- Experience designing and improving operating processes, systems, and controls that scale with the business
- Strong commercial mindset and confidence to translate financial and operational data into clear business insights
- Experience partnering closely with founders and executive teams, acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner
- Exceptional communication skills, able to explain complex financial and operational concepts clearly to non‑finance stakeholders
- High ownership mentality, with a bias toward action, accountability, and continuous improvement
