Position Title: Associate Lead - Business Analysis

Location: Australia – Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Perth

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate Lead - Business Analysis to work on major client projects in Australia. This is a full-time role for someone passionate about creating an impact and harnessing technology’s transformative power.

Role Description:

As an Associate Lead - Business Analysis, you will be responsible for bridging business needs and technical solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams. You will ensure technical excellence by developing business requirements, designing processes, and supporting project delivery with minimal disruption to the business.

Detailed Job Description:

- Requirement elicitation and stakeholder management
- Apply Domain-driven design (DDD) principles and approach
- Conduct event storming and apply big picture methodology for microservices
- Develop ubiquitous language, bounded context, and context maps
- Utilize Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) and modelling techniques
- Leverage domain knowledge in Banking, Insurance, and Telecom with hands-on experience
- Collaborate using Agile methodologies and tools (Confluence, JIRA, TFS, MS DevOps)




- Perform manual, automation, and UAT testing
- Solid experience in the auction business model with retail and financial products/services
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and knowledge of MS Dynamics
- Mentor end users on application functionalities
- Expertise in program and project management
- Hands-on experience in UX design
- Solid knowledge of DBMS and SQL queries
- Design and implement enterprise systems using DDD, FDD, and SOA
- Capture requirements and prepare BRD, FRS, use case diagrams, and process flows
- Requirement elicitation for web, desktop, and mobile (Android/iOS) applications
- Identify and manage project risks and impacts
- Knowledge of Dual-track Agile Helix and P3 framework for product engineering
- Deliver business solution design documentation and ensure design principle traceability
- Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and shape product backlogs
- Conduct UAT with cross-functional teams
- Provide subject matter expertise and incremental value delivery
- Analyze data and visualize business-relevant conclusions
- Develop UI designs for web, mobile, and desktop applications
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working with developers
- Generate and maintain process documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
