IT Sales and Services, a Microsoft-focused MSP, is seeking an experienced Level 2 IT technician for our Noosa office. This hands-on, client-facing role operates five days a week in person, with day-to-day work visible and decisions made in collaboration with the local team.
You will own escalated tickets, manage Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server settings, and network configurations, while mentoring Level 1 staff and contributing to migrations and infrastructure upgrades.
