ACCORD CARE is urgently seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join a Supported Independent Living household in Zillmere, Brisbane. You will support two participants with diverse health needs, including diabetes, sleep apnoea and mobility challenges.

Role requires personal care, medication assistance, diabetes support and protected manual handling. Morning, afternoon and sleepover shifts are available, with opportunities for ongoing shifts and career development.
