What you’ll be doing:

- Leading private appointments with intuition, empathy, and a knack for reading between the lines.
- Building real relationships with clients, ensuring every interaction is as memorable as the gowns themselves.
- Owning your sales targets (and surpassing them, because excellence is the standard here).
- Supporting your team with generosity and collaboration—because success is sweeter when celebrated together.
- Keeping things seamless behind the scenes: systems, follow-ups, studio presentation.

- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or a client-facing role where presence mattered as much as performance.
- Someone who thrives under pressure, balancing big-picture thinking with the ability to resolve little moments of chaos calmly and logically.
- A polished communicator who can inspire trust in every interaction.
- A team player who leads by example, celebrates others, and never loses sight of the client-first mindset.
- A professional with impeccable presentation—because appearance is part of the experience.
