Key Responsibilities





- Working within the team to produce high-quality French pastries (handmade pastry, tarts, cakes, and classic patisserie).
- Maintain consistency and excellence in a busy, high-volume retail production environment.
- Ensure strict food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Ingredient prep and stock rotation to ensure maximum freshness.

Skills & Experience

- Proven Experience: A background in professional pastry production
- Efficiency: Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy workplace without compromising quality.
