The TheirCare Plus program in Queensland seeks a dedicated manager to open and lead our first Queensland service at Bulleen Heights site, focusing on children and young people with complex disabilities.

You will oversee a multidisciplinary team, design inclusive programs aligned with NDIS goals, ensure safe daily operations, document accurately, and partner with families and school teams to deliver person-centred care in a supportive, values-driven setting.
