Overview

Apply intermediate knowledge in a specialist stream and advanced operational practices to complex issues. As a Quality Advisor or Engineer at Lendlease Construction, you will guide the quality assurance team for Lendlease Building projects and assist the Quality Assurance Manager in implementing project assurance and safety processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Project QA audit schedule.
- Plan and conduct audits of the project team, assessing compliance with project criticality and significance.
- Participate in external and internal audits as required.
- Assist Project Engineers with audits of suppliers, subcontractors and consultants.
- Work with the Project Manager to establish and configure the Project Electronic Document Management System (e.g., ACONEX) in line with Lendlease standards.
- Monitor and review systems for ITP approval, calibration of measuring and test equipment, document and drawing control, and completion of construction quality records.
- Provide quality reports for project reviews covering overall QA performance, trends, and significant incidents or issues.

Qualifications

- Qualification in Engineering or Construction.
- Proven ability to provide technical advice and implement project plans using your experience and qualifications.
- Proven experience on large-scale, preferably commercial, projects.




- Strong knowledge of quality management systems.
- Strong knowledge of Australian standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills and a drive for quality.
