Green Light Worldwide is seeking a skilled Contact Centre Engineer to provide hands-on technical support for contact centre platforms at our Sydney offices. The role requires robust UC/CC expertise and incident-management experience.

You will work with internal and vendor teams to resolve platform defects, execute MACs during maintenance windows, and maintain docs for audit/compliance. 5+ years in similar roles and experience with Cisco Webex, NICE, Genesys Cloud, Amazon Connect, and ITSM tools
