- Solution Design & Risk Control: Design customized ESS system solutions tailored to client requirements; lead pre‑sales technical support and conduct technical risk assessments for key projects.
- Post‑Sales Support: Collaborate with after‑sales teams to analyze and resolve product issues during project implementation, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
