Redpath Partners is partnering with a specialized blast and coating facility for a major Australian defence shipbuilding program. We are recruiting a Senior Project Executive to lead the multidisciplinary design delivery of complex industrial and infrastructure projects.

About the Role

As the Senior Project Executive, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of major projects from early concept and design through to completion.

- Leading projects from concept and design through to final delivery with complete accountability for scope, budget, and client satisfaction.
- Acting as the primary point of accountability for project performance, client satisfaction, safety, budget and programme.
- Driving design‑and‑construct style projects, integrating construction and specialised equipment delivery.
- Leading, mentoring and developing Project Managers and project delivery teams.
- Managing contracts, budgets, forecasting, procurement and subcontractor performance.
- Building robust,



long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Providing regular project updates and strategic reporting to senior leadership.

About You

To be successful, you’ll bring:

- 15+ years’ experience leading large‑scale industrial, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience delivering projects valued between $20M and $100M.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or AIPM certification (highly regarded).
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts and project financials.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the ability to lead under pressure.

Applicants must be Australian Citizens and be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance (AGSVA). This opportunity is based in Adelaide, supporting nationally significant defence and industrial infrastructure projects.
