What you’ll own

- Full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta and Google, built to compound results quarter on quarter.
- Client relationships that go beyond reporting. You’re the strategic partner clients trust, not just the person who sends the deck.
- Growth targets tied to retention. Your success is measured by clients who stay, scale, and refer.
- Proactive account leadership. Spotting the plateau before the client does, and already having the fix ready.
- Clear, confident communication of performance, strategy, and next moves in every client conversation.
- Collaboration with creative and strategy to keep campaigns sharp and ahead of platform shifts.

What you’ll bring





- Expert-level Meta and Google Ads across search, shopping, display, and social.
- 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally agency-side with direct client ownership.
- A track record of retained, expanded client relationships, not just solid ROAS.
- Sharp analytical instincts paired with genuine relationship-building skill. You read a P&L; and a room equally well.
- Confidence to lead client conversations and push back when the data says something different to what the client wants to hear.
