We're partnering with a respected strata management company in Liverpool, NSW that is looking to add an experienced professional to their growing team.

About the Role

As a Strata Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential and mixed‑use strata schemes, acting as the primary point of contact for owners, committees, contractors & stakeholders. You'll ensure properties are managed efficiently, legislation is adhered to & clients receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities

- Managing a portfolio of approximately 50–80 buildings (700–900 lots), depending on your experience.
- Building strong relationships with owners corporations & committee members.
- Preparing for & attending Annual General Meetings (AGMs) & committee meetings.
- Providing expert advice on strata legislation, by‑laws, governance & compliance.
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance & capital works with contractors & service providers.




- Following up on action items from meetings & ensuring resolutions are implemented.Working closely with internal administration & accounting teams to deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Responding to client enquiries & resolving issues in a professional & timely manner.

About You

- Previous experience managing a strata portfolio.
- A current NSW Class 2 Strata Managing Agent licence (or the appropriate licensing requirements).
- Solid knowledge of NSW strata legislation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload & manage multiple clients effectively.
- A proactive approach with strong problem‑solving skills & attention to detail.
