Client Services / Associate Planner - Graduate

We are excited to present a great opportunity for a Client Services Officer / Associate Planner or Graduate, to join a highly reputable practice who provide comprehensive advice to a diverse client portfolio. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Financial Advisers in completing the end-to-end advice process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high standard of client service.

Your responsibilitieswill include:

- Provide exceptional client service to the clients, assisting with inquiries.
- Follow up on completed documentation ensuring deadlines are met.
- Providing efficient, compliant and accurate support assisting in the development of strategic advice.
- Proactive interaction with clients and advisers to ensure all necessary information is up to date and current in client management database and in client account records
- Liaise with the Paraplanning team for completion of Advice documentation.
- Utilise Xplan for tasks and file notes along with AI technology.

Desired experience





- You will ideally have previous experience within a Financial Planning or Accounting environment or a Graduate with a passion for financial planning.
- Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and schedule work tasks with minimum supervision.
- Excellent written communication skills with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately within a quick-paced workplace.
- Able to liaise and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Experience using technology, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel financial planning software such as Xplan and/or Salesforce, Microsoft Office.
- Tertiary qualification within Financial Planning, Commerce, Finance or Economics
