About the Role

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent patient service, and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the medical practice

- Lead, supervise, and support administrative and nursing staff

- Coordinate staff rostering, recruitment, and training

- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies

- Manage billing processes, Medicare claims, and financial administration

- Maintain a high standard of patient care and service delivery





- Work closely with doctors to support practice growth and efficiency

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a medical or healthcare setting (essential)

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Experience with medical practice software and billing systems

- Excellent organisational and communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment

- Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance is highly regarded
