Join our dedicated team as a Disability Support Worker in Freemans Reach. You will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities:

- Provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.
- Assist clients in achieving their personal goals and enhancing their independence.
- Develop and implement individual support plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any changes in behaviour or health.




- Promote social inclusion and community participation for clients.
- Support clients in accessing community resources and services.
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.

Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient approach to care.
- Understanding of the needs and rights of individuals with disabilities.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
