About the Role
In this role, you will demonstrate a strong eye for detail while maintaining the ability to see the big picture. You will be responsible for documenting working papers, managing cases and investigations, and supporting our commitment to the highest standards. The successful candidate will be a creative problem solver who can work proactively, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate member complaints and cases according to CA ANZ’s policies and guidelines.
- Prepare documentation and reports for Professional Conduct Committee meetings and disciplinary hearings.
- Liaise and communicate professionally with members, complainants, and disciplinary panel members.
- Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and organisational requirements throughout all processes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all investigations and proceedings.
- Contribute to process improvements and participate in relevant training activities as needed.
About You
You critically analyse complex issues, adhere to legal and ethical standards, and communicate openly with stakeholders. You are organised, results-oriented, collaborative, and customer-focused, with excellent communication abilities while standing out for your honesty, discretion, strong professional standards, and your knack for adapting to any situation. To be successful in this role you will also demonstrate:
- Background in legal practice
- Meticulous attention to detail with an ability to see the broader context.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Creative problem solver, proactive and self-motivated.
- Genuine passion for qualified standards and ethics.
- Experience with skilled organisations or member environments is a plus.
