Senior UI/UX Designer (Baseline Clearance preferred)

Contract: 12 months (likely extensions)

Location: Canberra / Sydney / Melbourne / Brisbane (Hybrid - 4 days onsite)

Clearance: Australian Citizenship required; Baseline Clearance preferred

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to design and deliver a contemporary internal portal. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to create intuitive, user‑centred digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design UI/UX for web or mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and functional specifications
- Develop user stories, storyboards, and design assets
- Facilitate co‑design workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Collaborate with delivery teams to align design with business goals

Skills & Experience

- 8-10+ years' experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing modern UI/UX work
- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite,



or similar tools
- Experience in consulting or government environments is an advantage
