We are currently seeking experienced and dedicated Dental Assistants to join our team across Perth and regional Western Australia.
At NHR Staffing Group, we prioritise quality care, compliance, safety, and professionalism. We are looking for Dental Assistants who are reliable, organised, and committed to supporting high-quality patient care in dental practice settings.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist dentists, oral health therapists, and dental hygienists during procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, materials, and equipment for dental procedures
- Support patients before, during, and after treatment
- Maintain infection control, sterilisation, and hygiene standards
- Clean and sterilise instruments in line with clinic procedures
- Assist with dental charting, documentation, and patient records where required
- Restock clinical supplies and maintain treatment room readiness
- Communicate professionally with patients, clinicians, and administrative staff
- Follow workplace health and safety, privacy, and clinical practice standards

Essential Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Dental Assistant is highly desirable
- Certificate III in Dental Assisting is preferred but not essential
- Valid visa status and full working rights in Australia
- Current passport or valid photo identification
- Current driver’s licence is desirable
- Current National Police Check, valid within the last 12 months
- Working with Children Check, if required




- Current First Aid and CPR is desirable
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilisation procedures
- Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dental care team
- Availability to work across Perth metro or regional WA locations, depending on clinic requirements
