About the role:

Working closely with a highly regarded Partner and the wider team, the successful candidate will advise clients across a broad range of health, aged care and retirement living matters.

The work may include:

- Advising aged care providers, retirement village operators and health sector clients on commercial and regulatory issues.
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, service agreements and operational documents.
- Assisting with acquisitions, disposals,



restructures and broader corporate transactions in the sector.
- Advising on compliance, governance, resident agreements, village contracts and legislative obligations.
- Supporting clients on operational issues, regulatory change and risk management.

The ideal candidate:

- Have at least 4+ PQE, with a genuine interest in the health and aged care sector.
- Strong drafting, advisory and client management skills.
- A commercial and practical approach.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
