About the role

Reporting to the Village Manager, you’ll take care of:

- General building and in-home repairs (painting, patching, minor fixes)
- Grounds maintenance (cleaning, gutters, waste)
- Routine hazard checks & preventative maintenance
- Responding to resident requests with professionalism
- Coordinating contractors and trades when needed

About you

You’ll be proactive,



reliable and approachable, with:

- 3+ years’ experience in property/building maintenance
- Skills across general trades (carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, painting, minor electrical, concreting)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to safe work practices
- Current driver’s licence & willingness to obtain a Police Clearance
- Availability to work 24 hours per week across 4 days
