Senior Change Analyst | Enterprise Transformation Program

CormTech are partnering with a large enterprise organisation undertaking a major business and technology transformation impacting operational processes, systems, stakeholder engagement and ways of working across the business.

This is a hands‑on Senior Change Analyst role supporting a high-profile enterprise rollout program. The role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced transformation environments and enjoys working closely with stakeholders to drive genuine behavioural and operational change.

This is not a purely strategic or governance-heavy role.

You will be embedded within delivery teams and actively involved in:

- Change impact assessments
- Stakeholder engagement and business readiness
- Communications and engagement activities
- Workshop facilitation
- Change planning and execution
- Training and rollout support
- Hypercare and adoption activities
- Supporting leaders through large-scale operational change

What we are looking for:

- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation or change programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication capability
- Experience working on business-side transformation initiatives rather than purely technical implementations
- Ability to operate independently and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving project environments
- Experience across operational change, process transformation, ERP/CRM/system rollouts or business transformation programs
- Solid written communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Exposure to regulated or complex operational environments will be highly regarded

Ideal backgrounds may include:

- ERP or CRM implementations
- Legal, insurance, health, government or other regulated industries
- Consulting or in-house transformation delivery environments
