We're looking for an experienced ICT Project Officer to join a Federal Government team in Barton, ACT on an initial 3-month contract with a possible 3-month extension.

This is a 100% onsite role supporting end users across Australia and overseas, providing frontline ICT support and contributing to the delivery of reliable, customer-focused ICT services.

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Providing Level 1/2 ICT support across hardware, software, networking and user accounts
✔ Managing and resolving helpdesk requests and incidents
✔ Supporting Microsoft on-premises and cloud environments
✔ Administering Active Directory, Azure AD, devices and ICT assets
✔ Supporting ICT projects, rollouts, upgrades and testing




✔ Maintaining documentation, knowledge articles and user guides
✔ Supporting cyber security activities, patching and access management

To be successful you'll have:
✅ Current Baseline Security Clearance (essential)
✅ Experience providing ICT support within the Australian Public Service
✅ Solid Microsoft on-prem and cloud administration skills
✅ Active Directory and Azure AD experience
✅ Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
✅ Understanding of ITIL principles (desirable)
