Our Client:

Our client is a large and well-established multi-site hospitality and entertainment organisation with a strong presence in the local community. Operating a diverse portfolio of venues and services, they are recognised for delivering exceptional customer experiences through dining, entertainment, events, membership programs and community engagement initiatives. As they continue to grow and evolve, they are seeking an experienced marketing leader to drive brand performance, customer loyalty and commercial outcomes across the group.

The Chance

As the Group Marketing & Loyalty Manager, you will lead the strategic direction of marketing, loyalty, promotions, entertainment and communications across a diverse portfolio of venues and brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll drive customer engagement, brand growth and commercial outcomes while leading a small marketing team.

This is an exciting senior leadership opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of marketing, loyalty, promotions, entertainment, events and communications across a diverse portfolio of venues and brands. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a small marketing team while working closely with operational leaders and external partners to deliver innovative campaigns, strengthen customer engagement and grow membership and loyalty performance.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Leading the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the marketing function, ensuring all advertising, promotions, entertainment, events and communications activities align with organisational objectives and brand standards.
- Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, venue visitation and revenue growth.
- Managing membership and customer loyalty programs, analysing customer behaviour, campaign performance, ROI and customer lifetime value to optimise engagement and retention outcomes.
- Overseeing the organisation’s digital presence, including websites, social media platforms, digital listings,



online reputation management and targeted member communications.
- Building and maintaining relationships with media outlets, community stakeholders, agencies and key suppliers to enhance brand visibility and generate positive publicity.
- Coordinating annual marketing calendars, major promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, entertainment programs and community engagement initiatives across multiple business units.
- Monitoring marketing budgets, campaign performance and key metrics, providing regular reporting and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Leading, mentoring and developing marketing and promotional team members while driving a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

Your Skills & Experience:

- Degree qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in a senior marketing leadership role with responsibility for brand management, campaign strategy, digital marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of loyalty programs, direct marketing, membership-based marketing strategies and customer retention best practices.
- Proven ability to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including social media, digital advertising, EDMs, traditional media and community engagement activities.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, analysing campaign performance and using data-driven insights to improve commercial outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with the confidence to work effectively with senior leaders, agencies, media and external partners.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing and developing teams while fostering high performance and accountability.
- Highly organised with excellent project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, events and priorities simultaneously.




- Knowledge of hospitality, entertainment, gaming, events, membership or customer-focused environments will be highly regarded.
