About Only About Children
At Only About Children, our purpose is to give every child the space, support and confidence to grow, learn and discover.

The role and campuses
Our Sydney campuses are looking to welcome full-time ECT qualified Early Childhood Teachers with at least two years of full-time post-accreditation work experience.
This opportunity is for a Teacher Level 1 to 5, Teacher Award, and we offer $78,882 to $109,154, depending on your level and experience.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will lead high-quality teaching and learning, guide curriculum implementation and support children's development through meaningful, play-based experiences.
Key duties
- Plan and implement an educational program that values a holistic view of each child's development.
- Maintain ongoing records of children's development, program planning and daily information.
- Support daily room tasks, including activity preparation, mealtimes and routines.
- Assure high-quality service delivery in consideration of the National Quality Standards.
- Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations.
- Guide team members with professional development, individual goals and performance.
- Partner with families and educators to support children's learning, wellbeing and school readiness.

Requirements of the role
- Bachelor of Teaching, Early Childhood, or equivalent ACECQA approved teaching qualification
- Valid NESA registration, Early Childhood
- Minimum two years full-time work experience
- Experience planning and implementing an educational program that values holistic child development
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and EYLF
- Effective implementation of pedagogy in your teaching practice
- Valid employee Working with Children Check number
