The Role Reporting to the Aftermarket Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers, workshop technicians and field service personnel by ensuring the correct parts are identified, ordered and supplied efficiently.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Interpreting and supplying spare parts for customers and service technicians.
- Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email and over the counter.
- Processing parts orders and quotations accurately and efficiently.
- Managing inventory through the ERP system.
- Receiving, picking, packing and dispatching parts.
- Maintaining warehouse stock and technician van inventories.
- Conducting regular stocktakes and cycle counts.
- Working closely with the service department to minimise machine downtime.
- Contributing to achieving parts sales and profitability targets.

About You To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Spare Parts Interpreter.
- Experience within construction equipment, access equipment,



agricultural machinery, heavy vehicles, mining equipment or a related industry.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify parts from manuals and electronic catalogues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude with the ability to work independently and within a team.

Experience with Elevated Work Platforms (EWP), telehandlers, forklifts or agricultural equipment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
