Our client, one of the leading agencies located within the Sunshine Coast, is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their friendly property management team. This is an chance to become part of an organisation where the Principal prioritizes their employees!

The Role

This is a position for a Senior Property Manager or Property Manager to report directly to a people focused business leader who cares about their staff. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

The Role;

- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approximately 160 properties
- NO Routines, No Trust accounting!
- Focus on building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants




- Work for a family friendly business that genuinely cares about their staff

The ideal Property Manager:

- Minimum 2 years experience managing a residential portfolio
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentation skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
