This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Property Manager, Onsite Property Manager or Building Manager to join this rapidly growing developer and manage a stunning building. If you want to minimise travel, manage a portfolio located all in the one building and have heaps of progression and pay increases this is the role for you.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Some duties and responsibilities of the role listed, but not limited to:

- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio
- Property Management




- Building and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Maintenance

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

- Residential Property Managers accepted
- Minimum of 2 years experience in Property Management
- Great time management skills, interpersonal skills and trouble shooting skills
- Ability to be a self motivator and work in a team environment
- Ability to preform all round duties to support the rest of your team
