As the Commercial Property Manager, your duties will include:

- Manage a commercial and industrial property portfolio
- Deliver high-quality property management services across some retail, and predominately industrial assets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for owners and occupiers
- Oversee day-to-day property operations and performance

To be considered for this exciting Commercial Property Manager, you will have:

- At least two years experience within a similar, commercial property manager role. Ideally industrial exp
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A real passion for commercial property management
- Outstanding client services




- A current Real Estate Salesperson Certificate
- A current Queensland driver's license.
