In this role, you'll:

Lead the development and management of partnerships across community, heritage, tourism, arts, cultural and creative sectors to support TAM's community and heritage objectives.

You will identify opportunities to create shared value through collaboration, engagement and activation initiatives that deliver long-term public benefit.

About you

You are a highly effective relationship builder who can establish credibility, influence stakeholders and develop partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience building and managing strategic partnerships across community, government, not-for-profit, heritage, tourism, arts or cultural sectors.

- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills,



with the ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups and interests.

- Experience navigating complex stakeholder environments and delivering positive community, customer and business outcomes.
