The Digital Products and System Enhancements section is seeking highly motivated and analytical candidates to fill a range of senior roles across business analysis, data reporting, and business improvement functions. Working in a dynamic and collaborative setting, successful candidates will lead and contribute to complex reporting, analysis, system enhancement, and continuous improvement initiatives that support the Community Grants Hub's operational and strategic objectives.

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include analysing business needs, eliciting and documenting requirements, identifying opportunities for process improvement, developing reporting and data solutions, interpreting complex information, and delivering insights that support evidence-based decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across the Community Grants Hub, Executive leadership, Client Agency partners, and other areas of the Department to understand business challenges, manage competing priorities, and deliver practical, data-informed solutions.

The key duties of the position include:

- lead the analysis, design, development and continuous improvement of reporting, data, business and digital solutions that support operational and strategic objectives
- engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs, provide expert advice, and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions aligned with policy, business and user requirements
- lead business analysis activities, including requirements gathering,



process analysis, solution design, and identification of opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement
- develop, analyse and present complex data, performance information and insights to support executive decision-making, strategic planning and business outcomes
- lead and support the delivery of projects, system enhancements, automation initiatives and business improvement activities, ensuring quality outcomes and effective risk management
- provide specialist advice on data, reporting, digital products, system functionality, grants administration processes and emerging technologies
- identify, investigate and resolve complex business, system and data issues, driving improvements to efficiency, usability, compliance and service delivery
- mentor and support team members, contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture, and help build capability across the section.
